Justin was awesome. We were having serious plumbing issues and even though all of their emergency crews were busy, Justin (HVAC guy) came to our rescue anyway. He did what he could but had to call the big guns out the next morning. We had a joint fail that connected to our outside hose, needed soldering. Joe was fantastic- prepared me by calling to give an accurate time of when to expect him. (Which allowed me to do other things with my afternoon than wait for a serviceman!) He was ...very respectful and friendly, efficient, cost estimate was accurate. After several attempts to get a technician to come to my house, I was told I had an appt and then no communication. I called several times to confirm, waited on hold, spoke to random people and no one would call me back with an ETA. Levi put used a protective cover over our carpet for his machine and got rid of the roots in our sewer line. He clearly explained what additional steps are needed to prevent future problems. He answered all of my questions about what options we have.
